Fireworks Menu

To celebrate the magnificent firework displays of ‘Art en Ciel’ on July 27, launched from the bay of Monaco, chef Mauro Colagreco has created a special Fireworks Menu for Riviera Restaurant. Feast on sea bream tartare, veal fillet cooked in a herb crust, or scorpionfish fillet, before moving to the terrace for unparalleled views as the displays illuminate the sky around you, shimmering down to the glittering lights of Monaco below.

Duo Piano Voice

From Thursday to Saturday, Riviera restaurant offers you a culinary experience enhanced by the captivating voice of Elise Allasia, a Pop-Soul singer from the French Riviera, accompanied by a pianist in a piano-voice duo. Delight in specialties from the Provence and Ligurian regions, such as Spaghetti alla Genovese and the classic Tarte Tropézienne, while enjoying 360° panoramic views spanning three countries. Immerse yourself in the Riviera atmosphere of our restaurant, where you will be enchanted by both the flavors and the music.
