The unique terroir of the Côte d'Azur provides constant inspiration for the tasting menu at Riviera Restaurant. Spring weather brings with it asparagus, wild garlic, purple artichokes and lamb, all sourced from the surrounding landscape. Start with white asparagus, morel mushrooms and egg yolk confit served with the lightest lemon mousseline sauce and finish with our handcrafted chocolate and gianduja Easter egg with hazelnut crumble and cocoa nib ice cream.
