This summer, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten transforms the top floor of the hotel and introduces abc kitchens riviera. Inspired by his renowned concepts in New York, abc kitchens riviera makes its debut on the Côte d’Azur following a successful launch at The Emory in London. The menu highlights locally sourced, market-to-table ingredients, featuring a variety of Mediterranean, Latin, and vegetarian flavours, alongside regional specialities.

Dante Aperitivo

The renowned New York bar Dante, voted Best Bar in the World in 2019, is coming this summer to the 14th-floor terrace for an exclusive collaboration with Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his new restaurant, abc kitchens riviera. Together, they have created “abc d,” a unique concept blending the tradition of the aperitivo with New York creativity.


Inspired by the Mediterranean way of life and the conviviality of golden hour on the Riviera, abc d offers a menu of signature cocktails — fresh and bold — to be enjoyed in a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, celebrating summer and shared passion.
