Mediterranean amberjack crudo meets white peaches from Provence, iodine-rich elements are served pure and unadorned, the “Georges Fevre” sea bass glows with a tomato syrup infused with truffle pesto, and whole roasted duck is elevated by a sauce of eleven floral and citrus vinegars.

Every afternoon, Le Riviera and Le 300 Bar welcome the indulgent pastry trolley by Pastry Chef Romain Ricciardi.

From delicate flan and seasonal tarts to praline Paris-Brest and sun-kissed Tropézienne, his signature creations offer a sweet interlude where elegance meets generosity.

A moment of indulgence to savour between 12pm and 7pm, a refined invitation to succumb to the art of dessert.
