The Riviera restaurant has closed its doors for the season and will reopen in spring 2026.

Beneath a glass canopy bathed in shifting reflections, with a 360° view of the sea and the mountains, Riviera restaurant unveils a cuisine of light and contrast, where every dish plays with transparency, texture, and bold, honest flavors.

Mediterranean amberjack crudo meets white peaches from Provence, iodine-rich elements are served pure and unadorned, the “Georges Fevre” sea bass glows with a tomato syrup infused with truffle pesto, and whole roasted duck is elevated by a sauce of eleven floral and citrus vinegars.

Whether on the terrace or in the dining room, time slows, and the Riviera becomes pure sensation.
