Fireworks Menu

To celebrate the magnificent firework displays of ‘Art en Ciel’ on July 27, launched from the bay of Monaco, chef Mauro Colagreco has created a special Fireworks Menu for our Michelin-starred restaurant, Ceto. Feast on Tourteau crab salad and Oscietra caviar, sea bream crudo and lobster with courgette flowers and Bouillabaisse jus, before moving to the 14th-floor terrace for unparalleled views as the displays illuminate the sky around you, shimmering down to the glittering lights of Monaco below.

Ceto Cosmic Nights

Celebrate the summer solstice with ‘Ceto Cosmic Nights’ and experience the alchemy of cocktails, live music and culinary arts surrounded by panoramic sea views and the mystical constellations of the sky. Collaborating with iconic bars from the World's 50 Best Bars list, we invite you to enjoy a series of sensational soirées that combine legendary mixology experiences with inventive sharing plates created by Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. In collaboration with Beluga Vodka for the next gastronomic adventure on Thursday 25 July, the mixologist duo from Majestic Barrière in Cannes, Emanuele Balestra and Guillermo Pittaluga, will take over Ceto with their exceptionally unique creations, crafting an exclusive menu for the evening alongside Ceto Bar's talented head bartender, Bastien Remillieux. 

The next Ceto Cosmic Nights, happening on August 8th, will feature Copper Bay x Whistle Pig!

Ceto accepts adults and teenagers only. 
Our wine list is available upon request.
Please note that Ceto has a smart dress code (swimwear, shorts, miniskirts, flip flops etc. are not permitted).
