Ceto x Fierro

On October 16, two Michelin-starred restaurants will come together for a unique evening of Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Mauro Colagreco will join Carito Lourenço and Germàn Carrizo of FIERRO, Valencia, to create a menu that blends the flavours of the Côte d'Azur with the essence of Spanish terroir. This collaboration celebrates the Mediterranean way of life through sustainable, innovative dishes, paying tribute to nature and local producers. Ceto accepts adults and teenagers only. 
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
